Returns
PROMOTIONAL CODES AND SALE ITEMS
Items that have been purchased during a promotional sale using a coupon code or discount applied at checkout (E.g. Black Friday & Cyber Monday or Flash Sale) are eligible for a store credit only.
WELCOME CODE
All items purchased using the 10% off welcome code are eligible for a refund or store credit.
FINAL SALE
For all products marked with FINAL SALE, there is a strict no returns, exchange or refund policy, unless your item is deemed faulty. All items purchased in the Fikah Online Warehouse Sale are final sale.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges can be made if the item the item is in perfect condition with tags still attached.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers may not be returned and are non-refundable.
FAULTY RETURNS
We hope you never receive a faulty item and are so sorry to hear you may have, we understand this is really disappointing. So we are able to best assist you please email your order number, images of the fault and a small description to Hello@fikah.com.au
If something you ordered has a minor fault, we will assist to organise a replacement or a repair. If your garment is deemed to have a major fault you have the option of a replacement, refund or credit note.
