Fikah is an Adelaide brand founded in 2022 by Sophie Cousins, founder and creative director. Inspired by the Swedish concept of Fika " slowing down and appreciating the good things in life", representing the brands ethos, lifestyle and sustainability journey.

 

It is focused on wardrobe essentials and investment pieces for modern women seeking a timeless yet high fashion approach to style. The collection consists of effortless designs made to be worn for years to come. Wanting to ensure her commitment to slow fashion Sophie utilised her design skill to develop a range of pieces that are unique, timeless and with the ability to effortlessly mix and match across the collection. Fikah only sources high-quality fabrics,  ensuring our pieces are investments that will stand the test of time.
